Exactly 4 ½ stone gone in just shy of 6 months, from 17 stone 2 lbs (240lbs) to 12 stone 9 lbs (177lbs). I’m 5'9, and I am not quite finished on my journey as I would love to hit 12 stone in time for my holiday in the summer, and that would also give me a healthy BMI.
I’ve lost weight by cutting out all of the processed, sugar loaded crap I used to eat and replaced it with vegetables, lean meats and complex carbs. Hitting the gym has also helped with weight loss and toning; mix it up with cardio and resistance training!
