I’ve always struggled with my weight and after my second child, I decided I needed to get into gear and start working towards the body I’ve always wanted instead of just dreaming about it. At 5 months postpartum, I ditched all my soda and started trying to eat a mostly plant based diet while using fitbit to keep track of what I put in vs what I put out. Now I’m nine months postpartum and I still have a bit to go, but now it’s on to the fun part! Sculpting the body of my dreams with strength training and weight lifting!
