Fall of my freshman year to the summer of my sophomore year. Losing weight is really really difficult in and of itself but with the combination of arthritis, hypothyroidism, and several other autoimmune diseases, it seemed pretty much impossible for me. I’ve learned that it just takes me a lot longer and I’m happy I didn’t give up.
