Left: Jan 2012 – First day of sophomore year in college
Right: Dec 2014 – First day at my corporate job
I’m 5’9.
On the left I probably weighed around 245-250.
On the right, about 190-195.
I still have 15 more lbs to lose before I’m at my ideal weight/goal so I can join the Air Force. Someday I hope to compete in a figure competition.
My weight/fat loss journey has been a crazy rollercoaster over the last 3 years. It’s been anything but perfect, but I’m grateful for regaining my health and learning everything that I have.
My biggest tips to you if you’re struggling or don’t know where to start:
-Cut out the sugar. You will be AMAZED. This included things like coffee creamers and tropical fruits!
-Drink more water. And by more I mean AT LEAST a gallon a day!
-Eat more vegetables. Anything bright and colorful is beneficial because it’s high in antioxidants.
