Only been ten days, not at all done yet but feeling tons better! The first picture was me ten days ago (144lbs) wearing a pair of shorts from 3 years ago, and the second picture is me today wearing the same pair of shorts (139lbs)! Still got a way to go to get back to my goal weight (127lbs) but definitely feeling motivated. I’ve been eating a diet of mostly unprocessed foods and a lot more veg and less sugar, fats and carbs after watching lots of food programmes on Netflix. I’ve been juicing once a day most days and really am feeling like this is finally working for me! I haven’t been to the gym at all, just been walking more which I much prefer as I resent doing difficult cardio! I know I’m only 19 so it’s easier for me to lose weight at this age but hope this helps! :) I’d definitely recommend watching ‘Fat Sick and Nearly Dead’, ‘Hungry for Change’, ‘Fed Up’ and ‘Vegucated’ for some useful info and motivation to eat clean!
