This is my second time submitting here
The first picture was taken two and a half years ago at a little get together with some friends and i had a cupcake war with a few friends which explains the icing on my face haha.
Weighed in at around maybe 240 and about 5'8 at the time
The second picture was taken a few days ago weighing in at 170 and 5'9! weight training and a better diet has lead me on the path of keeping weight off and I am forever grateful.
The same pair of shorts are being worn in each picture
