I wasn’t even at my highest weight in the first picture(That’s a maternity swimsuit btw.) 18 in the first and 19 currently, 5’4. On the left I was probably in the mid to lower 190’s. Last time I weighed myself was Christmas and I was 160 lbs. I started off working out at home because I was too embarrassed to go to the gym. I used to binge constantly and I would hardly move from the couch. I lost the first bit of weight just by being more active, drinking more water, and using portion control! May 2014 I got a gym membership and changed my eating habits. I completely cut out soda and started drinking tons of water. I never eat fast food more than 2 times a week. I usually don’t eat out though because I get insanely sick afterwards. I do get cravings sometimes & it’s totally okay if you eat out! Just focus on portion control :) I try to work out 6 times a week. Some days I’m too tired or just get lazy, but I go no less than 3 times weekly. My workout times vary depending on my schedule that day but I usually have a set routine. I do a mixture of cardio and weights but if I only have time for one I do cardio.
