Here’s my before and during photos! I’m 5’5 and 22 years old.
Left- Dec ‘14 weighing 133 lbs
Right- Feb ‘15 not sure how much I weigh, but I’ve lost several inches all over! I’ll guess I’m under 130 now though. I’m doing the 21 Day Fix program, and it’s wonderful! I’ve never been stronger. With some added extra cardio I’m sure I’ll be to my goal in at least one more round :) Never thought I’d be into strength training but this routine has me begging for more.
