It took me forever to be okay with even thinking about showing the first picture. The first picture is from my birthday last year. Yikes.. I was clearly unhappy and unhealthy.I was the heaviest ive ever been . The second photo is todays results..the day before my birthday again. Ive lost half my body weight. Ive never been more proud of myself. All my life ive felt so ashamed ..so fat..not good enough..not pretty enough and now I feel 100%. :)
