Loose skin.
I’ve had a ton of inboxed messages asking about loose skin on my stomach and what I have done for it. I have it still. You can tighten and tone by exercise and clean eating. But this is what I look like now. (Forgive the regular bra- I have to buy smaller sports bras)
I still have quite a ways to go and crossfit starts next Monday- so hopefully I will be able to tighten things up in the next few months.
Again starting weight was 205+
And current weight is about 157-160
Height 5’1.
June 14 to January 15.
(I’m at a weight loss plateau which is why I’m adding in crossfit)
