Excuses.
The end is near. In a few short weeks, my official Healthy U journey will be over.
It has been a whirlwind of a year.
Ups, downs, death, cancer, travels, job changes, size changes. Stress was present this year. It was a normal, stressful year, full of emotions and many opportunities for excuses.
Opportunities for excuses come at me every day. They come at you too. The great thing about an opportunity though, is that you always have a choice.
Some of my common excuses include:
I’m tired.
I’m really hungry.
Tomorrow I’ll be better.
I’m really tired.
Grabbing something out is so much easier.
I’ll work out later.
