Literally the first progress picture I took over a year ago and one from this morning. Holy crap I don’t ever really see the difference because it’s so gradual but look at this!
Weight:
Before: 241+ (I don’t know what it was before that)
During: 205I’ve gone through breakups, deaths, and stress but the workouts have been my rock! Keep on working and you can do anything, now I really need to be fair to myself and actually acknowledge what I really put into my mouth. I think that’s my problem. I skim over things and don’t remember.
Thank god I started when I did! My bf is worried about being good looking enough for me, when the hell did that ever become a factor in my life?
