I’m 5’5/ 164cm tall. I’ve always carried a good amount of muscle along with various amounts of fluff over the years. This is my progress in the last three months! Fot those who use lbs - it’s 161 to 135!
For the first two months I cleared up my diet big time (some bizarre mix between clean eating and paleo) and started running again. In the last month I started Kayla Itsines BBG and upped my running by a couple more sessions a week. For myself I’ve found that discipline, especially with food is key!
