Me 6 months ago, compared to more recently. Holy crap, it still surprises me how different I look sometimes. But best of all, how I physically and mentally feel better than I used to. Last year was a huge year of change for me, and I hope for the same this year. I’m so happy of the changes I’ve made so far though!
