A friend sent me the top picture the other night and didn’t comment on the weight loss but mentioned how much more confident I look now and that is because I am now happy in my own body. All of the above pictures are taken the night of my university’s sports Ball, the one on the top left was 3 years ago and the bottom left was 2 years ago. The two pictures to the right were taken 2 days ago, 3 stone lighter and 100x happier with myself.
