Started seeing an nutritionist every other week and it has really changed my view of food. Before I wouldn’t have any self control and didn’t think twice about what I was putting in my body. I occasionally have spurts of moments where I find myself reverting back to those habits but I’ve been making better decisions overall for my health :)
