I’m not one to brag normally, but over the past year, I have lost 37 pounds. I was considered overweight in high school, I was 154 at my heaviest, and I carried that weight with me my freshman year of college too, I felt like I was in such a rut, but something just made me want to change and so I did, I’m now 117 pounds, I haven’t weighed that since my freshman year of high school. I still have issues with my body but I’m happy with how far I’ve come. (Excuse the shitty pics bc my room is being remodeled so everything is just a mess lmao)
