Kilos to go: 48.6kgWow I was not expecting to see a difference in these pictures! I am feeling very bloated because my period is coming and I only went to the gym twice this week so far because I have a really bad cold.
But my diet has been on point all week and it’s showing! Excited about this progress!Oh and just a little disclaimer: I’m not doing any crazy diets or starving myself. I’m a vegan so I have been eating plenty of carbs (literally my lunch yesterday was pasta, tomato sauce and bread ππ) and healthy fats and having an average calorie intake of 1800-2000 calories.
