These two photos were taken a year apart and I’ve been on a much more rigorous diet and exercise plan since July 17. It’s so hard to see all the differences when I look into a mirror every day or weigh myself weekly, but it’s pictures like these that show me how far I’ve come.
The number on the scale has changed, but so has my confidence and my happiness. I feel like a different person and I am slowly but surely learning to love my body.
I’m not trying to show off or promote weight loss, I’m just so unbelievably proud of myself and I’d like to share it with you all.
