Sometimes it’s a little difficult for me to get on when my work weeks get so busy, but I just wanted to update everyone on progress. This progress is with me sticking to my macros at a mediocre level. Not great progress, but not the worst either. It was an eye opener for me, because at this point I should be a little further along, and I just need to put more effort into meeting my macros on a daily basis! 😁
