17lb difference. The left pic is from the beginning of September. The right is today. I can’t ever seem to see the results until I put the pictures together in comparison and omg I can’t believe I’ve actually lost this much. It’s nice to actually be able to see the difference, even if it’s not huge. Even my grandma noticed that I looked thinner and it makes me happy to finally get healthy and drop the weight
