27 vs 41 ( almost 42) π¬π± I always (in the back of my mind and growing up) wanted to be a fitness person. I remember doing what I thought were exercises ( they were more like stretches) late at night while I was in my teens, I remember doing exercises with my mom when I was little, she always tried to keep active and danced and did yoga. Her and I would wake up early to do exercises with ‘Gilad’ anyone remember him? We had such a crush! πππΌπ #gilad Anyway, we didn’t have gym access or anything like that growing up but I remember always wanting to be a fitness person. I wanted to have muscles. I remember riding my bike and looking at my quads to see if i had definition yet lol! π Little did I know that it would be when I was older that I would achieve some fitness goals. πͺπ½❤️#nevergiveup you can achieve your fitness goals!
