Weight: 158 ➡️159lbs
Waist: 30 ➡️ 28in
Stomach: 35➡️30in
I haven’t remeasured everything else or my body fat comp since May!

This was literally all done through weightlifting. I don’t do cardio (but I should and I’m going to start soon especially with the holidays coming up) I barely track what I eat but I usually stay within 1900-2000 calories on days I lift, closer to 1600 on days I don’t.

The first time I saw a change I literally said “wow it’s almost like every person who’s ever said consistency is key was right” because they are. I love lifting and it’s gotten me to this point without having to obsess over my calories or killing myself with cardio, find what you love and what being active is for you, and do it consistently!

Also, if you think getting fit means losing weight, don’t! I gained a pound but lost inches, it’s all about that body comp. Don’t pay attention to what’s on the scale and DONT pay attention to BMI’s.
