In the summer of 2014, I hit 280 pounds on my 5'8 frame. I lost over 100 pounds in five months, and was around 180. Because I did this in such a short and extreme amount of time, I wasn’t really able to maintain once I got back to school and reality. I gained 30lbs back, and now sit at around 207. Size 14 pants or XL in most stores. My goal before new years is to be back to 190. I’m taking it one day and one choice at a time.
