236 lbs to 148 lbs ( 5'8" ). In the first pic my shirt says “make a wish”. I WAS wishing almost more than anything that I wouldn’t be trapped in my overweight, unhealthy, hard-to-dress, hard-to-move body anymore. Then, I stopped wishing and started DOING! I got a Fitbit & I started aiming to get at least 10,000 steps a day (which I still do today). I watch what I eat & count my calories. And for the past 6 months I’ve been lifting weights regularly. IT ALL PAYS OFF! Don’t just wish: DO!
