This is my first submission!

There’s about a 5-6 week difference between these two photos, with only a 5 lbs loss. I was disappointed by the number on the scale and I was so surprised to see the difference between these two photos.

I cut out so many bad foods and go to the gym 6x a week, 45 minutes of cardio and weightlifting. I count my calories and make healthier choices than I normally would have. I try to drink 80 oz of water as well! I have given up and restarted my weight loss journey countless times, just stick to it! Once you get the hang of it, it becomes simpler each and every day.

Weight: (left) 156 lbs, (right) 151 lbs.
