So here’s a before and after of me, on the left I was 220 the biggest I have ever been. I hid under that jacket because I was so ashamed of my weight, I had no confidence at all, and there were times where I didn’t want to leave the house because I didn’t want anyone to see me. On the right is a photo of me at 195, I now pay attention to what I feed my body, I developed self-confidence, and I am no longer ashamed of my body. I still have my days DONT get me wrong, but I am almost the girl I want to be, and trust me when I tell you, I’m not stoping till I get there. ❤️ I honestly couldn’t do this without arbonne, or without the love and support from my mom, Miss.
