The first pic was june 2015 weighing 279 lbs, the middle pic was august 2016 weighing 216 lbs & the last pic was just last friday at 206 lbs. all at the lovely height of 5'9. this weight loss journey has not been easy to say the least. i had to overcome so many obstacles in the past year. i went from at size 22 dress to a size 12. my goal was being able to fit a size 10 & be more confident in my size/weight. which i am almost there. it took a lot of determination but a lot of fitblrs on here gave me motivation. 🙂💕
