I was 308lbs when I was pregnant, before I was pregnant I weighed 220lbs and use to eat right and work out everyday, but when I got pregnant I was told to take it easy with my workouts and just eventually gave up. My cravings got to me and I ate so unhealthy. I gained 80lbs in 9 months. My doctor teased me, everyone pointed out I look huge and it made me feel so bad to be pregnant. But after I had my baby I lost 30lbs of water weight and was 277lbs when I finally got back into eating better, plus I breast feed still and it helps with the weight loss. I cut out fast food and drink and stick to water and raw vegetables and fruits. I still like to eat out time to time. I walked a lot after I had my baby. I barely workout. But I will be toning up when my baby is a little less needy for my breasts lol.
