Here’s a progress picture since I haven’t posted one in a while.

What a difference 17.8 pounds makes 🌞

How did I get here? Being mostly consistent with @crushfit crush60 workouts and tracking my BMR/TDEE a la @fitchris25 (NOT RESTRICTING CALORIES!!), more recently I switched to a ketogenic (high fat, high protein, low carb diet).

Slow and steady wins the race bbys 🤗🤗
