I just woke up one day tired of self hate, behind-my-back bullies, tears, my thighs rubbing together and fake smiling.
I started off wrong, under eating and over exercising which caused me to lose muscle mass so I have loose skin And I am still in the process of tightening so I’m muscle building / strength training more now.
I know that good health is never a destination it’s a journey that I’m on for life. I’ll never be “done” so I’m having fun and taking it day by day. I am Me. I accept.
