I started in May 2013
I`ve been trough a lot of diets. Most based on no to low carb. Which didn´t work out for me in the long run. So atm I count calories and watch my macros (100gr carbs, 120gr protein, 60gr fat). I cook every sunday my lunch for the whole next week so that I don´t eat crap at work.
I try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week and weight lift. I really hate cardio but I try to do some cardio at least 2 times a week.
I still have troubles cutting the unhealthy food but hey nobodys perfect. ;)
