Like many people, when I first learned about dieting, I thought that 1200 calories was the norm. I didn’t work out, I was always hungry, and my life was the definition of a yo yo diet. Now (picture on the right taken this morning), I workout at least 5 days a week (sometimes for only 30 mins) and I eat at LEAST 2000 calories a day, if not more. Am I “skinny”? Hell no. But I’ll take fit and healthy any day.
