Still have a long way to go but I’m pretty proud of the progress I’ve made in 5 months. First set: August 2014, 190 lbs. Second set: November 2014, 175 lbs. Last set: January 2015, 165 lbs. My goal weight is 130. Can’t wait to see how far I can make it these next 5 months. So far 25 lbs down. motiveweight
