Hello all, my name is Aurora and pages like this help me to continue to seek a happier and healthier lifestyle. I started losing weight because I felt the person I was looking at in the mirror did not represent the person I am. I wanted to look appealing to myself and I wanted to fit into outfits I always dreamed of wearing but felt I couldn’t because I was obese. I decided enough was enough and I adopted a healthier lifestyle. I ate clean which is lean meats, whole grains, fruits and veggies. I started recording my calorie intake on myfitnesspal and worked out a half hour each day at least 4 times a week. Before I realized the weight had shed.
