The before picture was me celebrating my 21st birthday. I was at my highest weight of 280 pounds. I am only 5’1. U can see the difference in not only my face, but also my skin from all the toxins I was shoveling down my throat, my eyes had dark circles from my lack of iron due to a never ending period brought on by my weight. I am still not where I need to be. My hips still hurt, I’m still way too big for being 5’1. But its OK, I’m changing it, I have a plan set in motion and I’m so excited.
