I look at before and afters to keep myself motivated. Exercising and eating healthy is the key but I always gave myself a few cheat days. I’m not gonna say it was easy (took over two years) but it’s all just a mental thing in the end. I was always called fat or chubby since I was a kid but now I even got lower than my high school weight. Im finally at a good weight for my height 4’11 (lol). Anyways, I hate posting anything about exercising and fitness because I don’t want people thinking that when I post something.. Is the only time I ever do it. Nah, I do it every damn day & don’t have to prove it to no one but MYSELF. 😁
