Today’s 30 Days Of Good Stuff was about thinking of yourself as an inspiration.
I decided to make a new before and after. My highest known weight was 203lb and the before picture is from when I was at uni, I’d lost a bit of weight at this point but I was still pretty big (and miserable).
The after photo is actually from 2013 and I was roughly 125lb (which I now say is my racing weight), the reason I haven’t chosen a recent picture is because this one means quite a lot to me. It was taken at the York 10k after I’d just got a new PB (hence the massive smile on my face), the race was between the Edinburgh Half and the Great North Run so I was at my lightest, fittest and most importantly I felt really strong.
