Hi there. I’m Emily.
I’m 5’8 ish and havent stepped on a scale in over a year.
I need a little bit of support right now, and I’ve come to find that the best support comes from me.
The before photo was taken maybe 2 years ago when I realized I was unhappy. I was a senior in high school and had the worst relationship with both food and my body. Over the last few years, I have experimented with a whole bunch of diets, exercises and whatnot, but as it stands right now, I aim for this:
Run, lift, or cycle as often as possible.
Make smart food choices. Listen to my body and eat raw food wherever possible.
Wake up everyday and know that I love myself, no matter what hell breaks loose.
Never underestimate the power of a foam roller, yoga class or nap.
The second photo was taken last week, right before I began a 30 day raw food cleanse. Hoping to make it through these thirty days with strength.
