I’ve never posted a before/after pic featuring my face or without being in a sports bra and shorts, and I was honestly really surprised with the difference I could see between these two pictures! On the left, I weighed around 150 pounds. I drank and ate whatever I wanted, barely exercised, and felt horrible about myself all the time. Now my weight usually hovers from 127-130 lbs. I exercise 5-6 times out of the week, eat a healthy diet most of the time, and overall feel much more confident and comfortable in my skin!
Even though 20 pounds isn’t a ton of weight to lose, it’s absolutely been one of the biggest and best things I’ve done for myself. I still struggle from time to time, and I’m still far from my goals, but I’ve come a long way and I couldn’t be happier!
