The biggest component I’ve found helpful for losing weight is cutting out dairy, sugars, and complex carbs/starches!

I drink 1-1.5 gallons of water a day. No exceptions!

I eat a ton of vegetables, meat for protein (both red and white) and limit my dairy to a very minimal amount. Still allow myself a cheat meal or two every now and then because I believe in moderation!!

One of my favorite things to do is revise my favorite meals and recipes into clean and guilt free versions!

I’ve made ice cream, chicken nuggets, pot roast, cheesecake, soup, asian stir fry, alfredo, pizza, spaghetti, even KETCHUP: ALL GUILT FREE and low in calories/carbs!
