Same shirt, same person, different habits.
I’m 20 years old, a mother of a beautiful daughter.
I’ve struggled with my weight ever since I was a kid. My eating habits were out of control, I never use to like water and would only drink pop, juice or milk. I ate a lot of fast food and just straight junk food.
I didn’t take control till I was 18 and living on my own. I started to workout, eat right and drink plenty of water. I lost 45lbs just by having self control. Then I got pregnant and cravings were so strong and I gave in every time, I lost control and gained 80lbs while I was pregnant and was at my highest weight 303lbs.
After my labour I lost 30lbs of water weight but still couldn’t control my eating habits.
But I gained my will power back and I cut out junk foods, fast food, sugar, drinks and carbs. I eat clean and drink water. I look to vegetarian diets as a guide. I’m NOT vegan or vegetarian and occasionally eat meat but it’s good to eat more of natural foods.
I don’t workout right now because my child still attached to me like glue, but I do a lot of house work that involves moving around a lot. Sweep and mop my whole house as much as I can, when I can. Moving furniture. I recently just painted my bedroom by myself. I like Just-Dance as a workout. Just get your body moving as much as you can. If it seems hard in your head, push through it and achieve it! Ask me anything! Follow!
