Finally found a before picture! I can’t believe that’s me on the left from November 2014. I was 192 lbs and felt like 💩. On the right is me currently at 140 lbs. and have never felt better. I’m not quite at my goal but I’m getting there. I’m lazy and love to eat but if I can do it, anyone can. Shoutout to @karengmarin for being my gym buddy and pushing me forward. 💁🏽👯
