Crazy to think what can happen over the course of six years. First relationship, a university degree, first heartbreak, first time moving away from family, starting up a career, becoming a homeowner. 260lbs to 179lbs. Excited to see what’ll happen next! But I’m so glad I became a hobbyist #powerlifter. Just remember to take your time and enjoy the journey!
