I never really believe I’ve lost a noticeable amount of weight until I look at old pictures of my face. The picture on the left was taken in 2014 (290+ lbs) vs. this week (266.4 lbs). Obviously I haven’t lost that much weight and I’ll hopefully lose more (although I really haven’t been working at it lately) but this blows my mind. I haven’t really noticed the difference anywhere else yet other than a little extra room in my bras and some of my clothes - I definitely haven’t gone down a size as of yet but it’s still crazy to see what a change of lifestyle can do.
