The difference over 8 months. It’s not drastic, but drastic wasn’t the goal. The goal was to be happy and healthy again, and a difference in appearance has been one of the positive side effects! There have been many ups and downs, and it’s been a true struggle to regain my sense of serenity within myself and harmony with my life. It has taken time and commitment to my own mental and physical health, and to what I want my future to look like. I will never stop doing what it takes to advance toward my goals, in my personal life, career, or in the gym. Perseverance and hard work will always honor you.
