295 vs. 175 vs. 160. 135lbs gone in a little over a year’s time. It’s been a LONG journey and I’m not done yet! I’m not saying it was any kind of easy. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life. I had to kick SO many bad habits and fight so many demons and heal my mind and soul before my body followed. But I didn’t give up and you don’t have to either! Now I’ve become a health coach! Eat clean, train with solid form, get plenty of rest, hydrate, and treat yo’self every once in a while. Just STAY consistent. Results will not come overnight, but they WILL come. YOU CAN DO THIS.
