Hard to believe the guy on the left was me a year ago tomorrow? That picture was taken on my birthday. I remember cringing at myself in that picture. After that I was determined to try improve my lifestyle.
So much has changed in a year. I’m so glad I decided to be a healthier version of myself. 😊 I’m entering my twenties in the best shape I’ve been in, in all my life! I’m proud of myself for my commitment. I’ve a long way to go still, but I’m a lot closer than I was a year ago.
Ps. Yes I’m wearing the same jacket in both pictures. It’s my favourite jacket ever and I can’t part with it. EVEN if it’s gone way to big lol😝
