It’s crazy how much a person can change in just six months with a proper diet and workout routine. For girls out there who think lifting heavy weights will make them masculine, don’t believe the lies! I’ve been lifting heavy and look where it’s got me. Even though I’m not finished yet, I’m in the best shape of my life. I achieved this from working out 4 days a week and almost no cardio lol. I have struggled with dedication in the gym and in the kitchen but every time I messed up, I saw the next day as an opportunity to start again. It’s not over for you. If you fell off track, it’s not too late to start again. Make 2015 your year and finish those resolutions!
