I am 5’8 and weigh 195lbs in both pictures. I started counting calories and adding much more protein to my diet, as well as weightlifting 4x per week and doing cardio 2x per week. it is discouraging to not see the scale move, but progress pictures and losing inches is more gratifying than a number :) my journey is nowhere near done, and I’m not stopping anytime soon. lift weights, ladies!!
